Scented bath to relieve tension

almost everyone knows perennial herb used especially in Italian cuisine, and that is the oregano in Bohemia her aptly called "Goodmind" because it is used since ancient times to relieve nervous tension. Commonly used in tea blends, but good effects of this herb can also be used to prepare a fragrant and relaxing bath.
Take 100 g dried or 200 g fresh herbs, pour 2 liters of water and bring to a boil, stop and let steep for 20 minutes, covered. After that strain and pour into the prepared bath. Immerse yourself for 20 minutes into aromatic and relaxing bath, which you after a hard day helps reduce stress, settle thoughts and release tension.
