You will need:

1 riped avocado

Juice and grains from one pomegranate

1 Japanese persimmon (Diospyros kaki)

Teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Tablespoon of high quality honey

½ ounces of water

Blend all ingredients. The best is to replace dinner by this fantastic tasty puree.
