Mango - delicious fruit for colds and high cholesterol.

Mango tropical fruit belongs to the genus Mangifera, which includes over 1,000 species of this wonderful fruit. It is assumed that originates from South and Southeast Asia. Million year old fossils manga were found in India, Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh and  Indian Mango is an evergreen tropical tree, growing to a height of about thirty meters. Trees are long-lived, grow longer than 300 years. The inflorescence consists of a large number of small yellow-red flowers from which grows in a clump of one to five fetuses. twenty meters tall tree blossoms approximately four million flowers per year, of which "only" twenty-five thousand develops into a fetus. Therefore, it is in their homeland, this prolific tree highly valued as a significant zrojů food and nutrients.


Mango is the most grown fruit in the world and is nicknamed the fruit of the gods. Mango Lassi:

200 ml of live yogurt
1 ripe mango
Tablespoon maple syrup or honey
A pinch of salt to enhance flavor
Greater pinch of cardamom
Greater pinch of cinnamon

1 ripe mango
1 kiwi
1 large orange
1 dl coconut milk
Tablespoon of Chia seeds
